David Betlejewski lived for his first three years only a couple of short blocks from Professional Pool & Patio on Linden Street before his family moved to Norton Shores.  He began his career in landscaping and then worked as the Executive Director of a non-profit development corporation in the City of Chicago. After returning to his hometown of Muskegon, he owned and operated a travel agency and was part owner of a company that helped individuals with special needs find employment.  David holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from North Park University.  He and his wife, Agnieszka (Agnes), live near the Mona Lake Channel and enjoy the sun and water both personally and professionally!

Agnieszka (Agnes) Jaskula was born in Wroclaw, Poland before she and her family were able to flee the country while it was still under communist rule.  Relocated to Chicago, Agnes began her career in retail sales at Lord & Taylor at their flagship State Street Store and later provided VIP services at O’Hare Airport.  Before moving to Muskegon with David, she began a career in nursing at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. After relocating, she started work in the surgical department at Mercy Hospital, where she still works today, while also helping out at Professional Pool & Patio when needed.  Somehow, Agnes enjoys the sun and water even more than Dave does!
